Through our networking events, interactive workshops, and collaborative projects, we aim to provide opportunities for women to share ideas, gain new perspectives, and develop valuable skills all while having a ton of fun and making new connections and friendships along the way. Our goal is to empower women to achieve their professional goals, cultivate self-love, and make lasting friendships while making a positive impact in their communities.

Meet Our Founders
Kim and Nichol founded EmpowHER Circle with a simple but powerful intention: to create spaces where women can connect beyond surface-level networking, collaborate without competition, and feel truly seen, celebrated, and supported.
Nichol is the founder of Nicholistic Lifestyle—a brand that celebrates fashion, beauty, style, and the art of living your best life.
Through curated content, events, and inspiration, Nicholistic Lifestyle encourages women to embrace their individuality and express themselves with confidence and creativity.
What drives Nichol most is the opportunity to uplift others and create spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported. She’s passionate about authenticity, self-expression, and curating a life filled with purpose, joy, and bold style. Whether it’s through leadership circles or lifestyle inspiration, her goal is always to help women step into their power and thrive.
Nichol Oliverio
Kim is a women’s empowerment and leadership coach, speaker, and founder of Unlocked & Empowered. Through transformative coaching, workshops, and holistic healing modalities like yoga and breathwork, she helps women break free from limitations, build confidence, and lead their lives with intention and joy.
Kim’s passion for this work is personal—having once felt stuck in survival mode, she transformed her own life through radical self-awareness and action. Now, she guides others to unlock their power, blending mindset work, nervous system regulation, and leadership development truly connecting mind, body & soul.
As the co-founder of EmpowHER Circle, Kim is dedicated to fostering a community where women support, collaborate, and grow together. She believes true empowerment happens when women take aligned action and surround themselves with the right circle.
Outside of work, Kim finds joy in at the gym or yoga studio, getting lost in a good book, and spending time in nature.
